Unless the Comment is a commercial or, what’s the word, inappropriate, mucky, it will not be altered.
It is possible to edit or delete Comments. So far there has been one edited and a couple deleted due to being attempts to advertise products and one deleted for having content not suitable for a family website. There are some I have been tempted to edit but what people put is what they put so out of respect for free speech, bad spelling and the right to embarrass ( themselves or me ) they are left as sent. That will continue to be the way it is done.

What ever the illustrative challenge demands, be it human, animal, prehistoric, futuristic, etherial, or the plain comically carefree, the brilliant Arthur Ranson executes and maintains proportion of form through 360 degrees, never losing economy of line, his mastery of expression, colour, light refraction and threatning shadow being unsurpassed. Simply the best.
Aspiring cartoonist/illustrators take note, Arthur Ranson is the best. The genuine article. Anyone truly claiming knowledge and appreciation of the medium will have a very healthy dollop of the Ranson catalogue in their library, or they know nothing. He takes the art to the highest level. For me, the equivalent of an artistic Everest. Yet he makes it look easy, with no need for sherpas or oxygen.
