Danger Mouse is being bought back. 52 new Danger Mouse episodes will be on CBBC channel in 2015 newly realized by Ireland’s Boulder Media, with Ben Ward, of 'Horrible Histories‘ writing the scripts.
The original series ran on ITV from 28 September 1981 to 19 March 1992. Repeats on CITV a while back gave the channel its highest ever ratings.
Brendon Connelly who writes for 'Bleeding Cool ' is 'quite chuffed'.

Who will do the VoiceOver ?????? No one is good enough for that job!!! Can't see David Jason doing it, and if he can't do it, no one can! Lol

Bah! It's good news for sure, but give me the Look-In comic strips any day! If there ever was proof that you are a master artist and incredibly versatile and funny as hell and that you and the late great Angus Allan were a brilliant team, the Danger Mouse strip was it! Even though there were plenty others! Still I dream!
