Result. Dundee University are to take the entire collection
The university has graduate and post graduate courses in Comics and Graphic Novels in both design and in literature degrees.
Dundee is also the home of DC Thompson who were for generations the producer of some of the UK’s most iconic comics.
So, a happy outcome - save that I shall miss them when they’ve gone.

Thank you to the other worthy institutions that showed an interest. Dundee is not only entirely suitable but was also a little quicker off the mark.

chances are the books and comics are still in their boxes unwrapped.
Last I heard the epidemic meant no-one could get to do the unpacking and cataloguing.

Sure you are right about it being a very good place for the books to be.
