This blog was originally to let the world know that the show at Orbital Comics had been extended. The show is now over but the cartoon is great so remains for the time being at least.

The image is a little wobbly because it was scanned from a t-shirt I had printed when I found this cartoon. I thought it funny because it was so far from my experience of the status of cartoonists and by association comic-book artists. I wore it once to a comic-book convention but some took it to be a genuine statement by me about my standing in the community and I never wore it in public again.
I love that Kiblan made the guy being kicked a blind pencil-selling beggar.

The illustrative pen and imagery finesse of Arthur Ranson are mecurial. The man is an artistic sorcerer if ever I recognised one. In fact it wouldn't surprise me unduly if such a drawing hand were guided by Merlin himself. That's talent.

Thank you Roland. You are too kind.
