Muggins United Unbound

Had thought to devote the space this week to complaining that it is impossible to buy the kind of jeans I like but duty deems otherwise.
Muggins United Unbound, an illustrated history of the nation, football and most particularly Muggins United football club is now viewable on the internet It can be found at
www.mugginsunited,com
. The author is credited as Gurney Molefelt BA Dip DH.  My involvement with the enterprise was largely concerned with the appearance of the site and selection of images. The work of largely amateurs it possibly has few wrinkles to straighten. All right, I confess. I designed the site.It is a first so be gentle with me. My respect for anyone who has ever created a website has increased enormously.
Though I have an obligation to announce the thing please do not feel under an obligation to seek it out, let alone read it’s 114 pages.  It is rather strange.

Did Pauline spend her time in the 50s’ undoing the centre seam of our jeans and sewing them up again narrower, so influencing the mass-manufactures to produce what youth really wanted, all for nothing?
