How great to have SIRIUS back after what seems an age and still managing to be epic! Were you inspired by the recent near-total eclipse for this page by the way?

Eclipse pure coincidence. It is there partly for graphic reasons, partly as way to link different parts of the story.

I do have an end in sight now, just need to find way to get there.
